San Yi Xuan

Unlike many other stalls with multiple woks and big fires, San Yi Xuan prepares their rice sets in bamboo tubes that are placed into a gigantic steamer. The highlight here is their Mushroom Chicken Rice.. The rice itself and aromatic and great on its own, tasting much like a combination of claypot rice and yam rice. When you factor in the flavorful mushrooms and juicy chicken, you get an umami bomb that you keep you wanting more. The stall also has Vegetarian Rice as well as Spicy Grilled Fish for mala lovers!
