Jia Le Yong Tau Foo

Jia Le Yong Tau Foo is another popular stall that always seems to have a perpetual queue. Unlike many other YTF stalls, Jia Le does not display all their ingredients for you to pick, instead, you can only select from their menu and choose the type of noodles you prefer. Their signature Happiness Bowl is filled with tau pok, tau kee, fish balls, brinjal, meatball, and bitter gourd. Each piece of ingredients is packed with fish paste which is bouncy and chewy. And instead of having clear soup, you can have YTF served in a curry broth.
