Chef Yamashita

Established by Chef Yamashita Masataka, the bakery is best known for their Lychee Strawberry, which features a strawberry-flavoured sponge cake with layers of lychee cream, topped with sliced lychee. Other must-trys include their Ichigo Souffle, or the gluten-free Kome Kome Ring series that comes in six different flavours: Coconut, Salted Caramel, Chocolate, Strawberry, Cinnamon, and Original.
