Châteraisé
This confectionery chain needs no introduction. You can find one in almost every major shopping mall. Established in the Yamanashi prefecture, Châteraisé uses fresh eggs, milk and other ingredients from Japan to produce a range of classic Japanese-western cakes such as cream cakes, choux pastries and Swiss rolls. The brand is perhaps best known for its mille crepe cakes that come in flavours such as White Zebra, Tiramisu and Matcha.
