Ah Mah Chwee Kueh
Touted to be the best chwee kueh in the east by its loyal fans, the chwee kueh here is soft and silky with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. The chye poh that it is served with is slightly sweet and not too oily or salty, while the sambal chilli is fragrant and imparts a nice hint of flavour and spice.
