Another popular hotpot buffet joint along Liang Seah Street is Yunnan Ah Ma Shi Hotpot, a Yunnan specialty restaurant that opens till 2am. There are two different buffet sets to choose from – Set A (from S$25.80++) boasts an array of over 50 ingredients, including the likes of Fine Beef, Sliced Pork Belly, and Fresh Prawns. For a more premium option, Set B (from S$42.80++) features a more exotic lineup of meats, seafood, and other ingredients, from Spanish Black Pork and Premium Wagyu Beef to the Wild Mushroom Platters and Live Mud Crabs!
