A halal-certified ramen joint, Ichikokudo Hokkaido Ramen makes its signature broth by slowly simmering chicken bones, along with a blend of bonito and mackerel, all brought together with subtle umami from 100% Hokkaido kelp. The ramen here is richly textured and satisfyingly firm, made from a special blend of flour that includes Hokkaido wheat. Each bowl of ramen is topped with a generous helping of Aosa seaweed to evoke the aroma of the Hokkaido sea! If you’re not feeling like ramen, the restaurant also serves an array of donburi, teishoku, sides, desserts and drinks to get you all filled up.
