Khin Kee Fishball Kway Teow

Founded in 1965, the fishballs, fish dumplings and fish cakes at Khin Kee Fishball Kway Teow are all handmade by the owner, so no factory made ingredients here. A bowl of fishball noodles features al dente noodles, tossed with a mixture of lard oil, lard bits and a spicy-vinegary sauce. The fishcakes and fish dumpling are yummy, but the star of the show here is the fishballs which are bouncy with a good bite.
