Guang Fa Laksa

Laksa is a popular local favourite, and Guang Fa Laksa certainly serves one that is deliciously satisfying. Thick and rich, the laksa broth here is savoury and fragrant from the addition of coconut milk and hae bee hiam. A standard bowl of laksa comes with your typical ingredients like beansprouts, fish cake, a whole hard boiled egg and tau pok, along with a dollop of sambal chilli.
