Covent Garden Prawn Noodle

Amidst the rows of stalls in Havelock Road Food Centre stands one stall that has over 60 years of legacy. Previously helmed by an elderly couple, the stall has since been handed over to Ms Yim to continue their legacy. The menu is concise with just two items: Prawn Noodles and Pig Tail Noodles. And as with most noodle stalls, you can opt for the dry or soup version, and you also have the option of adding pig skin and intestines to your prawn noodles, in addition to fresh prawns, sliced meat slices, fish cake and a sprinkling of fried shallots.
