Million Star Fried Banana
Another stalwart of Changi Village Hawker Centre, Million Star is famous for its fried raja banana, a large, custardy variety that is rolled in batter and fried to a crisp. Other crowd favourites are green bean cake, yam, sweet potatoes and tapioca. They also have other less commonly found items such as cempedak, and all their fritters are made using an original recipe!
