Restaurant JAG

Founded in 2018 and within a year of opening its doors, Restaurant JAG was awarded the prestigious Michelin Star. JAG’s vegetable-centric découverte menu – La Balade du Végétal – takes diners on a culinary journey through ever-evolving flavours of seasonal vegetables. Dishes are accentuated with wild-foraged herbs from the mountains of Savoie, and rounded off with fine-quality meats and seafood from sustainable sources. The beverage selection at JAG presents more than 230 expressions of wines with a focus on showcasing the beautiful regions of France, as well as an elegant curation of Japanese sakes.
