La Dame de Pic

One of the world's top female chefs with 7 Michelin stars, Anne-Sophie Pic makes her much-anticipated Asia debut with La Dame de Pic. Indulge in exquisite signature creations such as the Berlingots. They are found in all of Anne-Sophie Pic's restaurants around the world with unique and slight adaptations. At La Dame de Pic the incarnation incorporates an Asian touch using Red Kampot pepper, which enhances the Berlingots' French cheese fondue filling. Other specialties include Saga Wagyu Beef and Blue Lobster slow-roasted with shellfish butter and served with a coriander-and-barley-infused broth.
