Touted to be the oldest fish head steamboat in Singapore, Nan Hwa Chong dates back to 1927 and has been in operation for over 90 years! Serving up comforting broth cooked with charcoal and made from an original family recipe, you have four fishes to choose from here – pomfret, song fish, snapper and grouper. Add-ons like cabbage, mushrooms and sliced yam are also available!
