Kacang Pool Special

A Middle Eastern dish eaten primarily as breakfast, Kacang Pool is a bean stew made of fava beans. Spices like  coriander seeds, fennel and cumin are added to it to give a nice warmth and depth of flavour, and the one at Eunos Crescent Market and Food Centre also comes topped with raw green chillies, onions and a freshly fried egg. Served with two slices of bread to mop up all that yumminess, every bite is oh-so-satisfying.
