Chao Yang Fish Ball Noodle

The stars of the show at Chao Yang Fish Ball Noodle are their fishballs and her kiao (fish dumplings). Completely handmade and with a history of over 20 years, it’s no wonder why they draw in long queues and are often sold out by 10.30 am. Take your pick of mee kia, mee pok, kway teow, yellow noodles and bee hoon. Tossed in a fragrant, spicy and slightly vinegary sauce, the noodles also come with a side of fish soup that is light and sweet.
