Stingray Forever BBQ Seafood

There isn’t a better way to end a day at East Coast Park than to have your table filled with BBQ seafood. Purportedly the food centre’s very first BBQ seafood stall, Stingray Forever BBQ Seafood serves up delectable stingrays which you can choose to be slathered in either garlic butter or sambal sauce. The more popular option seems to be the sambal, which is barbecued together with the stingray rather than spreaded on top later. Flaky, soft and dangerously addictive, don't forget the cincalok to tie it all together!
