The Steamed Charcoal Chicken & Shrimp Dumpling (S$5.50) is a different take on the classic Siew Mai, as skin comes in a black charcoal version and it is topped with tobiko. It doesn’t taste all that much different from the regular Siew Mai, but visually it is stunning and it’s worth ordering just for the photo op!
