Start with the signature Egg Caviar, which will quite possibly be the fluffiest eggs you’ve ever had. Then, move on to mains like the Black Truffle and Fontina Cheese Pizza, Tomato Gazpacho, or the Maine Lobster. Order a cocktail while you’re there – the Lychee Raspberry Bellini is really good.
