One of the newest contenders on this list, Wang Cai Ipoh Curry Mee serves up both soup and dry versions of the noodles, as well as other curry dishes like curry chicken and chee cheong fun. The rempah is made from scratch here, and the curry noodles come packed with char siew, roast pork,, shredded chicken, tau pok, and long beans. Noodle options include yellow mee, bee hoon and hor fun. While the dry version is luscious, saucy and packed with flavours, the soup counterpart is lighter on the palette and less spicy.
