Fu Hai Curry Chicken Bee Hoon Noodle

It’s heartening when second-gen hawkers continue running their parents’ famous stalls, ensuring the continuity of precious recipes. This is the case for Fu Hai Curry Chicken Noodles, one of the most popular stalls at Albert Centre Market & Food Centre. The curry broth here is robust, made with nearly 20 ingredients including Indian spices, curry powder, chicken stock, shrimp, and coconut milk. The chicken is slowly simmered in this curry, resulting in a delicious and intense flavour. It also comes with potatoes, and fish cake, and we especially enjoy the tau pok that serves as spongy vessels to absorb the curry!
