Ah Heng Curry Chicken Bee Hoon Mee

The curry recipe at Ah Heng is known to be several decades old and has been passed down for generations. Now helmed by the original stall owner’s son, the curry noodles here come with a Michelin recommendation. There are three available sizes with your choice of thick bee hoon, thin bee hoon or yellow noodles. The hearty bowl of noodles comes topped with tau pok, potatoes, fishcake, beansprouts and chicken. Don’t confuse it with laksa as the curry broth here errs on the soupier side, delivering just the right amount of spice. Remember to try its homemade chilli which adds some additional crisp and flavour to the dish!
