Start with the savoury galettes made with buckwheat flour and fillings like chorizo, sunny side up, sauteed mushrooms, French pork sausage and even Asian-influenced ones like satay or masala chicken. Then, end your meal with a dessert crepe, with options including the No. 22 which sees the thin-pancake drizzled with homemade salted caramel, and the No.24 which comes with artisanal manuka honey, roasted buckwheat seeds and hojicha sea salt gelato!
