Super Penyet
As its stall name suggests, Super Penyet is famous for Ayam Penyet. A plate of their signature dish comes with aromatic, coconutty nasi lemak rice. The chicken is well marinated and tender, fried to a golden brown with satisfying crispy skin. The homemade sambal sauce, consisting of a blend of chilli, shallots, garlic, shrimp paste, tamarind and lime juice, also packs a great punch!
