Chuan Kee Boneless Braised Duck

A Michelin Bib Gourmand stall, Chuan Kee is owned and operated by Huang Ming Yu, who learned to make braised duck through working for his cousin at He Ji Braised Duck at Clementi. He started Chuan Kee and created his own recipes, which still remains a well-kept secret within the family. Specialising in Teochew-style braised duck, the signature Chuan Kee Duck Rice features braised duck coated in a dark and luscious sauce, topped over fluffy rice cooked in a braised sauce.
