Yong Xin has been here for over 10 years serving up a variety of bak chor mee options. Once again, expect long queues here, although it does move pretty quickly thanks to the experienced chef and his wife. Patrons come for their signature Famous Noodles, Minced Meat Noodles, Fishball Noodle and Dry Vermicelli. Your choice of noodles is perfectly cooked and crowned with ingredients like fishballs, meatballs, pork slices, fish cake slices, minced meat, pork lard and fried shallots.
