Tian Tian Lai Cooked Food

While Tian Tian Lai might not stand amongst the top char kway teows in Singapore, the underrated stall serves a delightful plate of char kway teow that is sweet, smoky and garlicky. The plate is piled with rice noodles, fish cake, lup cheong, cockles and beansprouts. And what’s special about it is that the dish is finished with a smattering of fried pork lard bits! If you’re not feeling kway teow, the stall also does fried bee hoon and fried maggi in the same style.
