Kim Huat Fried Kway Teow

In our opinion, Kim Huat Fried Kway Teow is an underrated char kway teow stall. Masterfully fried, this plate of char kway comes with the usual suspects of lup cheong, fishcake, cockles, beansprouts and also some greens. With a good wok hei, the dish is wonderfully aromatic and well worth all the calories.
