Made from a selection of diverse aged Gruyere and many types of Vacherins imported from Switzerland, the La Fribourgeoise cheese fondue ($37 for 200g/$72 for 400g) at Wine Universe is thick, creamy and rich. It is accompanied by a picnic basket of freshly baked, fluffy bread with a perfectly crispy crust. If you’re in the mood for something different, the restaurant also has La Singaporean cheese fondue, which features the same combination of cheeses but with added chilli padi!
