King Grouper Fish Soup

One of the newer hawker stalls here, King Grouper Fish Soup is the dining arm of a grouper farm operating off the Changi coast. Served sliced or as a fish head in soups, the fish is impossibly fresh, as they are harvested and delivered to the stall within five hours. You can also opt to add on additional ingredients like bitter gourd and fish maw!
