The old couple at the helm of Ho Guan Satay Bee Hoon has been here for over 40 years, and they make their satay sauce with fresh peanuts and ground spices cooked for long hours. Each plate of Satay Bee Hoon comes with beansprouts, pork liver, cuttlefish, tau pok, and cockles, and they are all generously drenched in the delicious sauce that’s an elevation of the usual satay sauce we know.
