Changi Village Fried Hokkien Mee

This plate of hokkien mee leaned towards the slightly wetter side, and the noodles are perfectly cooked and silky smooth with a nice bite. Each mouthful was flavourful as they had been soaked in the broth, with a distinct wok hei. Chunks of fried egg also add texture and fragrance to the dish, along with ingredients such as pork belly, prawns and sotong.
