Tartzan is a small-scale, part-time online bakery offering a small collection of tarts great for gifts, any occasions or just cravings. The ondeh ondeh tart here features all the flavours we love – pandan, gula melaka and coconut, with an added touch of avocado! Fresh grated coconut is cooked with gula melaka, and avocado mousse, pandan coconut whipped ganache sits atop a pandan glutinous rice sponge.
