Seng Heng Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice

A family-run business, Seng Heng Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice is another one of the stalls at Bukit Timah Food Centre that consistently has a snaking long queue during lunch hour, and they’re only open for four hours! The stall serves up both steamed and roasted chicken along with soups such as Black Chicken, Watercress and Bittergourd with Pork Ribs. The chicken meat is soft, juicy, and thick, while the rice is fragrant with savoury flavours of the chicken stock. Don’t forget the chilli too!
