Bukit Timah Eating Hut

What’s different about Bukit Timah Eating Hut is that the owner does not believe in artificially fattened chickens, so the chicken rice here is made with kampong chickens! They are less oily, sweeter, and healthier than normal chicken meat, however as they are skinnier they tend to have less meat, thus why they’re not commonly used by hawkers. The stall also serves herbal soup instead of the usual chicken soup, making this meal extra healthy and tasty too!
