Yong Chun Wanton Noodle

Newly inducted into the 2023 Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand list, Yong Chun’s signature dish features springy egg noodles, slices of char siew, some leafy greens and crispy spork lard served with a bowl of soup and wantons filled with minced pork and water chestnut. They also sell other things such shredded chicken noodles and chicken feet noodles!
