Wen Xin Fish Soup Lu Wei
It’s not often that you see fish soup and pig trotters being sold together at the same stall, but that’s exactly what Wen Xin specialises in. Their lightly-flavoured sliced fish soup comes with either with red grouper or batang, and comes with tofu, lettuce, and tomato. On the other hand, the pig trotters is braised in a robust herbal broth and the meat is tender and gelatinous.
