Lim Kee Carrot Cake

For your fix of carrot cake, Lim Kee dishes out plates of the iconic dish with nice flavours, slightly crispy on the outside and soft inside. The black version has a small amount of sweet black sauce lightly coated on the outside, which adds a mildly sweet flavour to the fried carrot cake. The white version is decent, though it would be even better if it is made crispier! Nonetheless, if you just want a quick meal without waiting in a line that spans half the block, then this would be a good option.
