Relive Your Childhood With These 6 Traditional Ice Cream Delivered to Your Door

Remember the ice cream carts in our neighbourhoods and blocks of ice cream sandwiched in wafer biscuits or in a slice of rainbow bread? While our beloved ice cream uncles and aunties used to depend on foot traffic for business, due to COVID-19 they have taken to selling their frozen treats online to earn their income.

Although the circuit breaker has ended, many of the traditional ice cream sellers are still taking in orders and continuing with their delivery services. So even if you don't have an ice cream cart in your neighbourhood, fret not! You can still relive your childhood with these traditional ice cream delivered to your door, along with bread and wafer biscuits. Each block of ice cream usually serves 8 - 10 servings, so everyone in your family can get in on it!

Uncle Lim Old School Ice Cream

Uncle Lim has an ongoing promotion – buy five blocks of ice cream and you'll get one block and 2 cups of ice cream free! Each block of ice cream cost $8, and there's a total of 20 flavours to choose from, including more modern flavours like Thai milk tea and salted caramel. Rainbow bread is at $3 for 12 pieces, and $1 for 16 pieces of wafer biscuits.

Delivery will be $4 for orders below three blocks, and free if it's more than that. Check their Facebook page for updates on the areas they are delivering, and submit your orders one day in advance via WhatsApp. Uncle Lim delivers daily, even if it's a weekend or public holiday!

Traditional Magnolia Ice Cream Auntie Law
