Find yourself reaching for way too many bags of chips? Or ordering waaay too much fast food? Has your junk food intake skyrocketed with this circuit breaker? Sometimes we need a little nudge to help us quit the things that we know are not good for us, so today we're here to help you do that.

We've lined up some of our favourite junk food and snacks, how many calories they contain, and how much exercise it will take for you to burn them all off!
