There are really only two ways people are coming out of this circuit breaker: super fit, or in need of a diet.
As the Covid-19 situation leaves us at home and non-essential businesses are closed, many of us are left without access to our gyms and workout studios. And for many people, fitness is an important part of life, for mental and physical health. Despite the social distancing, there are still many ways to get moving at home with free YouTube videos, Instagram live streams and online classes.
