It is notoriously hard to get a seat at this Michelin Star establishment with reservations opening 30 days in advance. You’ll be wise to start planning in advance! The menu changes everyday, but you can expect modern Australian barbecue and boutique wines and spirits in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
2. Bincho at Min Jiang
Take your hot date to Bincho at Min Jiang for a classy Japanese izakaya experience. They boast an ever-evolving menu based on the 24 micro-seasons in Japan, showcasing the best of what each season has to offer. “Bincho” comes from the famed Japanese white charcoal bincho-tan, which the restaurant uses to cook their yakitori. Must-trys include the chicken thigh, and tsukune (chicken meatballs). If you’re adventurous, try their tail cartilage, gizzards, and cockscomb!
