Lim Chee Guan
No long queues this year at this wildly popular bak kwa brand, as only online orders and deliveries are allowed during the peak period of 20 Jan to 9 Feb 2021. Their website will open for pre-orders on 15 Jan from 9am onwards, and there will be a purchase limit of 20kg of bak kwa per customer.

Bee Cheng Hiang
One of the oldest bak kwa brands in Singapore, Bee Cheng Hiang is reliably good. They’re known for not using preservatives, MSG, added flavours, artificial colouring, or meat tenderisers in their products. They also have a wide variety of bak kwa, such as the Gourmet Fusion, which features a blend of pork belly and premium pork hind, as well as a Sliced Beef bak kwa.

Kim Joo Guan is popular with health-conscious folks for its mouthwatering bak kwa that’s handmade with fresh grain-fed Australian free-range pork that's chilled, not frozen. Fyre is one of the newest players in the industry, having set up shop just last year. This premium bak kwa brand specialises in lychee and applewood-smoked bak kwa in two flavours: Mala Xiang Guo and The Original 1945, both apparently marinated with 36 spices for a month!
