Chew Chor Meng's latest F&B venture, Famous Pao Fan makes the typically fancy, pricey pao fan more accessible for customers. Typically served in banquets, the dish is made of steamed rice, crispy rice puffs and toppings soaked in hot, steaming broth. There are seven varieties of pao fan here with meat and seafood, and prices start from just $4.50!

Gogiyo by Shane Pow
Since we can't travel this year, Shane Pow decided to bring a taste of Korea to Singapore with Gogiyo, an establishment that sells rice bowls by day and army stew and Korean BBQ by night. In total there are 12 types of Japanese and Korean-style rice bowls, four types of army stews and two varieties of BBQ platters. And instead of the usual melty cheese, Gogiyo's BBQ is served with a light, clear soup, a la mookata.
