Hung Kang Fish Soup (#01-24)

Now taken over by the owner’s son, this stall sells batang fish (spanish mackerel) soup, topped with lettuce, tomatoes and bits of fried fish for extra flavour. If you’re craving something heavier to pair with this healthy bowl of soup, they have stewed duck - drizzle some of that braised soy sauce over a bowl of rice and you might find yourself getting another!
