Hock Seng Choon Fishball Kway Teow Mee (#01-50)

Fishball noodles are a common find in most of Singapore’s hawker centres and food courts, but one that’s known for their kway teow (flat rice noodles)? You don’t see that often. These chewy, slippery noodles are perfectly coated with the ketchup and chilli sauce, and comes with a bowl of soup with bouncy handmade fish balls and fish dumplings. Arrive early if you want to avoid finding yourself at the end of a snaking queue!
