Hill Street Fried Kway Teow (#01-41)
This stall may be tucked away in this lesser known neighbourhood, but their name is known island wide for offering arguably one of the best fried kway teow in Singapore. This sinful dish may be high in calories, but definitely give high returns - emotionally at least. Flat rice noodles are stir fried with dark soy sauce, bean sprouts, eggs and pork lard over high heat, giving this dish its signature wok hei.
