Bedok Minced Meat Noodle (#01-23)

Put Bedok and bak chor mee together, and you’d think of a bowl of soup noodles rather than a dry one. Possibly one of the most recognisable icons of Bedok, this dish consists of egg noodles in pork bone broth, paired with minced meat, bouncy meatballs, wantons and the signature sliced red chillies scattered on top.
