Si Chuan Dou Hua serves yusheng all year round, which is great if you're looking for some tosses outside of Chinese New Year. You can go for the classic options here such as smoked salmon or abalone with a variety of fresh greens, or if you're feeling adventurous, Si Chuan Dou Hua is the only Chinese restaurant in Singapore to exclusively present the fugu (pufferfish) sashimi with yusheng!
