Jade Restaurant Yusheng

For the Year of the Ox, Jade Restaurant beautifully arranged their yusheng into an image of a bull, and they've even come up with a special children’s version, arranged into a playful calf! The dish is elevated by champagne jelly, shallot oil and kumquat dressing, which strikes a captivating balance between the flavours. The yusheng is also presented alongside elegant Chinese calligraphy written by Chef Leong himself!
